I bring together diverse organisations or interests who wish to work with each other on common problems or situations. I assist the parties to agree what they want to achieve and how they will work together.
I work with clients to design and facilitate workshops and meetings with groups grappling with complex and contentious situations.
Process is important but I also help groups ‘make sense’ of difficult technical information and use it to inform decisions and choices, particularly in the area of resource management.
I am skilled in the sharp reading of policy and research relating to the client’s needs, and then progressing the further analysis and relationships that can advance the work. I am comfortable working with complex topics – and relationships.
I delight in design and implementation of new initiatives – identifying priorities, establishing relationships, clarifying expectations and making it happen!
I offer leadership of project teams – work flow design and co-ordination, mentoring and coaching.
